- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The bank does not care about their customers I have been with them since 2003 and have had 7 loan with them and paid every loan in full they have made good money from me and now they don't care to help me out with a small loan I needed. Marlene was the only one help me to get where I'm today if it was not for Her big heart now it's all about you have to be AA+ customers to even get a loan with them even though I have had all my loans with them now they don't want my business any more I'm looking for a different bank to MOVE TO...By Heath Hitzel, January 03, 2017
